About Your Role
As a Digital Solutions Analyst, you will be a maker. You'll explore how things work, spot where they can be improved, and develop digital tools that bring those improvements to life. You won't simply build whatever is asked. You'll take the time to understand the real pain point behind each request, challenge assumptions when needed, and propose the solution that truly fits the problem, not only the one that was initially imagined. You'll talk to colleagues across teams, understand their needs, and turn that insight into intuitive solutions, sometimes a Power Automate flow, sometimes a Power App, sometimes an AI agent that guides users. You'll work side by side with other makers, product owners, and data experts, learning how business and technology come together to create real change. Every project you touch will make someone's day a little easier.
Who You Are
You're curious, thoughtful, and excited to learn. You like to understand how people work, but you also know that the first request is not always the real problem. You enjoy asking the right questions, clarifying expectations, and shaping a solution that genuinely solves the underlying issue. Maybe you've already played with Power Apps or built a small automation, or maybe you've simply noticed inefficiencies and imagined better approaches. What matters most is that you enjoy building, you enjoy learning, and you think about problems in a structured, analytical way. You are comfortable exploring new tools, but equally comfortable saying "there is a better way." You're someone who listens, collaborates, and takes pride in creating solutions that have a real impact.
Your First Year
You'll quickly see your work in action, automations that save hours, apps that simplify processes, AI agents that answer questions. You'll contribute to projects that reach hundreds of colleagues, while gaining confidence with Microsoft's low-code tools. Along the way, you'll receive training, mentoring, and encouragement to experiment. By the end of your first year, you'll have built a portfolio of digital solutions that prove how curiosity and collaboration can transform a business.
