Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager for a leading private banking institution in Luxembourg
This is a high-impact front-office role focused on acquiring and managing relationships with HNWI and UHNWI clients. The position offers significant autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to play a strategic role in the bank's continued growth within the Baltic market.
About the company
Our client is a well-established international private bank with a strong presence in Luxembourg. The bank offers bespoke financial and wealth management solutions to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWI), and family offices.
What will you do?
- Develop and execute strategies to grow and diversify the client base, with a focus on HNWI and UHNWI clients
- Leverage an existing professional and personal network to attract new clients and increase Assets Under Management (AUM)
- Deliver holistic wealth management advice across investments, wealth structuring, estate planning, pensions, and alternative solutions
- Represent the bank at client meetings, events, and in the local market, positioning the brand as a trusted private banking partner
- Maintain long-term client relationships built on trust, discretion, and exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory standards, including KYC/AML requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments and geographies to deliver seamless client service
Candidate profile
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Private Banking / Wealth Management in a front-office capacity
- Proven track record of client acquisition and relationship management at the HNWI/UHNWI level
- Strong network of wealthy private clients with the ability to attract and retain new relationships
- Deep knowledge of financial markets, investments, and holistic wealth management solutions (including tax, legal, succession, and insurance structures)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-centric approach and high degree of discretion
- Fluent in English and a Baltic language; additional languages (German or Russian) are an advantage
- Based in Luxembourg or open to relocation
