What will you do
  • Work closely with client teams to execute M&A, due diligence, and valuation mandates.
  • Develop and scrutinize financial and valuation models.
  • Retrieve relevant market data and industry-specific metrics for target analysis.
  • Engage in creating due diligence and valuation reports.
  • Create confidential informational memorandums and other marketing materials.
  • Craft pitches and proposals to engage potential clients.
What about you
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Finance and Accounting (a minor in Corporate Finance is preferred), Business Administration, Financial Engineering 
  • Prior internship experience in valuation, M&A, due-diligence roles within sizable banks, private equity or family offices is a "nice to have" but not mandatory
  • Passionate about critical thinking
  • Adept at prioritising tasks and delivering quality results under pressure. We support work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangement.
  • Adept at collaboration, with a proven track record (even academically) of contributing positively to team dynamics. We prize our collaborative, supportive culture. 
  • Business fluency in English.
