About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team
on a 12-month fixed-term contract
. This role is central to executing and optimizing marketing campaigns across paid and organic social channels, and community engagement. You'll work along side with Senior Paid Media Specialist (reporting to Head of Marketing) and play a key part in driving performance while strengthening our brand voice across customer touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Paid & Organic Social Media Campaigns

  • Manage paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Reddit.
  • Create, launch, adjust, and maintain all Meta and Reddit campaigns.
  • Develop assets including visuals, short-form video, and copy.
  • Support in delivering concrete operational plan (campaign list, naming, structure, timelines).
  • Conduct daily monitoring of pacing, spend allocation, audience distribution, and performance.
  • Implement tactical optimizations aligned with strategic direction.
  • Execute tests as defined in the experimentation roadmap.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly reporting dashboards.

Community Management & Third-Party Engagement

  • Respond to customer reviews and inquiries on platforms like Social Media, Google, and Trustpilot.
  • Support influencer outreach and community engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in customer research and storytelling opportunities.
  • Help coordinate and execute internal marketing promotions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally with affiliate and social media focus.
  • Skilled in managing Meta Ads, Reddit Ads, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in scheduling and managing organic social content across platforms.
  • Proficiency with Canva or equivalent design tools; basic video editing is a plus
  • Strong communication and community management abilities.
  • Data-literate and able to interpret results to optimize campaigns.
  • Native or near-native English language skills.
