We offer solutions for residents in Belgium, Finland, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Spain, and Sweden.

**Responsibilities**:
The ESG Investment Specialist will act as a special advisor to the Wealins Comex in developing the ESG strategy of Wealins to reach its ambitions and targets.

The ESG Investment specialist will work in close collaboration with the Investment team, the SFDR project team and will be the first point of contact for all group related activities.

This person will develop the communication strategy on ESG and will write opinion papers and articles demonstrating Wealins’ opinion leadership in this field.

Your task:

- Contribute to Foyer’s ESG approach: participation in different working groups, philantrophy, have employees participate in corporate culture projects (Vision), participation in Foyer’s ESG Materiality Assessment, participation in CSRD implementation,
- Implement SFDR: ESG policies, reporting and publications, investment classifications, IDD ESG criteria, PAI, Taxonomie,
- Launch of “We-Impact”: double labelled product Luxflag (Lux) and Towards Sustainability (Febelfin BE)
- Launch of an Impact fund (FIC) to be integrated in all contracts
- Develop a business case linking profitability and sustainability (financial and non-financial value) and plan Enhanced ESG transparent reporting

Must Have Requirements
- Relevant experience within Investment Industry as ESG Analyst, ESG strategist, ESG marketing/communication management
- Relevant experience in Investments across multiple asset classes
- Strategic Thinking and hands-on implementation
- Team-player with excellent people skills
- Strong writing skills
- Structured way of working
- Stress-resistent
- Fluent in French/English
