Location: Luxembourg – Hybrid work with 2 days from home per week
Role Overview

The Manager, Business Analyst will support the VP, Business Operations and the wider team by preparing quantitative analyses, files, presentations, and memos for executive review and rapid iteration. This is a hands-on, analytical role designed for a junior professional who will work closely with senior leadership, gaining exposure to strategic business operations and digital infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain quantitative analyses, data files, presentations, and memos to support decision-making and business operations.
• Assist in the collection, organization, and analysis of operational and market data.
• Draft clear, concise presentations and reports for executive review.
• Support project tracking, status updates, and follow-up actions for the VP, Business Operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Finance) to gather inputs and ensure alignment.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and technology developments relevant to AI infrastructure and data centers.
• Help coordinate meetings, document outcomes, and track action items.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting templates, processes, and workflows.
• Take ownership of specific projects and initiatives, with the opportunity to manage projects independently as your experience and maturity grow.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and propose actionable solutions.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions and contribute ideas to shape business direction.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to support new initiatives or investments.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis activities.
• Liaise with external partners and vendors as needed for project delivery.

Skills and Experience

• 1–2 years of professional experience preferred (internships/alternance and relevant project work count).
• Recent Master graduate, from a business or engineering grande école / University
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Eagerness to learn about data center operations, AI infrastructure, and business strategy.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across teams and cultures.
• Prior experience (internships, apprenticeships, or full-time) in consulting, finance, technology, or related fields is a plus.
