Billing Officer
Temporary role, Full-time
Required: Beginning of January to 31st May 2026
Job Purpose:
Issue bills and follow up outstanding payments while maintaining a positive relationship with parents.
Main Responsibilities:
Issue bills
- Issue bills for School fees and Extras.
- Deal with client queries in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure collection of amounts billed
- Record payments daily.
- Manage Customer accounts, tracking all overdue and outstanding payments and follow-up with clients.
Others
- Cover for absent colleagues where appropriate.
- Process and reconcile Petty Cash.
- Prepare contracts for all external school premises rentals and other quotes.
- Ensure data is maintained in compliance with regulatory, market and business requirements.
- Prepare bank, CCSS, Withholding tax, receipts and sales reconciliations.
