Tasks

Source and recruit Finance and IT graduates and experienced professionals across both Belgium and LuxembourgCollaborate with internal stakeholders such as Partners and Hiring Managers throughout the entire recruitment lifecycleConduct virtual and face-to-face interviews in English & FrenchOrganise and run careers fairs and university eventsBe involved in global recruitment team projectsRecruitment KPI reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, Economics or other relevant fields of studyAt least 1 year recruitment experience either in-house or from a recruitment agencyPrevious experience actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruitingA sound knowledge of common tools (MS Office package, Trello, ATS)You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting resultsExcellent communications skills in English & French, 20% travelling in future required
