 We are seeking a dynamic and multilingual Partner & Client Services Manager to lead daily operations across the Portuguese, Spanish, and Italian markets within the life insurance sector. The successful candidate will oversee a team of case managers and ensure the highest quality of partner and client service delivery across key European markets.

This role offers the opportunity to manage an international portfolio, work within a multicultural environment, and contribute to the strategic growth and operational excellence of a well-established cross-border life insurance division.

Location: Luxembourg (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a multilingual team of case managers, fostering collaboration, accountability, and proactive client engagement.
  • Oversee daily operations related to life insurance contracts under the free provision of services (LPS) framework.
  • Coordinate closely with senior management to align global and local operational goals.
  • Ensure smooth cooperation between middle-office (relationship management) and back-office (administrative) functions.
  • Collaborate with commercial and sales support teams to ensure high-quality follow-up on partner and client requests.
  • Monitor KPIs, analyse performance trends, and propose corrective actions to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Conduct quality control checks ("four-eyes" reviews) and validate key operations.
  • Guarantee the accuracy and integrity of client data within the database.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, integrating digital tools to streamline workflows and improve user experience.
  • Promote a proactive, problem-solving culture focused on continuous improvement and client satisfaction.
  • Support onboarding, training, and skills development of team members.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in team management or case management within the life insurance (LPS) sector.
  • Strong knowledge of operations, administration, and client servicing processes related to life insurance contracts.
  • Proven leadership, organizational, and client relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese (native or bilingual), French (fluent), and English and Spanish (professional working level).
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office and ability to adapt to new systems and digital tools.
  • University degree (minimum Bachelor's level) required.
