Job Description
End-to-End File Ownership:
Manage the full lifecycle of investment fund transfers, taking responsibility from the initial instruction to final settlement (subscriptions, redemptions, and switches).
Settlement & Reconciliation:
Monitor the Mass Settlement order book, manage Standard Settlement Instructions (SSI) with counterparties, and perform precise reconciliation of holding reports against internal bookings.
Operational Execution:
Process transfers promptly before cut-off times, ensuring receipt of contract notes and updating the order book in the banking system (Avaloq) with absolute accuracy.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, liaising professionally with custodians, transfer agents, and internal departments (Billing, AML/KYC) to resolve pending items.
Compliance & Due Diligence:
Ensure all files adhere strictly to internal regulations, including preliminary AML/KYC checks and proper documentation (STF forms), prior to managerial approval.
The Successful Applicant
Professional Background:
You possess 2 to 7 years of relevant experience in fund order processing or back-office operations.
Technical Knowledge:
You have a solid understanding of fund mechanics, Luxembourg regulations (CSSF), and operational flows. Familiarity with platforms like Vestima, FundSettle, Allfunds, or the Avaloq banking system is highly advantageous.
Location:
Luxembourg City.
Languages:
Fluency in English is mandatory; other European languages are a plus.
