We are currently in search of a dedicated professional to ensure the efficient operational implementation and coordination of new business ventures for our esteemed clientele. The ideal candidate will be tasked with meticulously analyzing various events throughout a fund's lifecycle, initiating intricate system setups, and fostering robust relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Thoroughly analyze events from a Transfer Agency standpoint and deliver comprehensive gap analyses between client requirements and operational frameworks
- Guarantee the prompt establishment of all requisite systems and uphold consistent communication regarding project progress
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and cross-functional teams
- Coordinate Closing Meetings and seamless handovers with operational units
- Proactively escalate potential issues to senior management and actively engage in continuous process enhancement endeavors

Offer RequirementsThe requirements for the job opening are as follows:
- In-depth and technical Transfer Agent knowledge, with exposure to fund event processes (Migration In/Out, merger, new fund, new share-classes, Migr)
- Preferably knowledge of MFTA, AML/KYC, TA fees (CDSC, ADL, etc..)
- Language proficiency in French and English; knowledge of any other language would be considered an advantage
