Consultant(e) Project Manager – AML Data Reporting H/F

Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un(e) Project Manager – AML Data Reporting pour intervenir auprès d'un établissement bancaire majeur au Luxembourg.

Le/la consultant(e) sera en charge de la mise en place de dashboards et de reportings stratégiques sur les sujets AML, garantissant la qualité et la fiabilité des données utilisées. Il/elle supervisera les projets visant à répondre aux exigences réglementaires et aux besoins de pilotage interne.

Responsabilités

  • Concevoir et déployer des dashboards permettant le suivi et l'analyse des indicateurs AML.
  • Structurer et automatiser les reportings réglementaires à destination de la direction, du groupe et des autorités de supervision (CSSF, BCE, etc.).
  • Assurer la qualité, la fiabilité et la cohérence des données utilisées pour les analyses AML.
  • Identifier les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions innovantes en matière de reporting et de visualisation.
  • Garantir la conformité des livrables avec les exigences réglementaires et les standards internes.
  • Accompagner la transformation digitale des processus AML par l'intégration d'outils modernes de Business Intelligence.

Profil recherché

· Minimum Bac+5 en Finance, Droit, Gestion de projet ou équivalent.

· Justifier d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projets dans le domaine bancaire, Compliance ou Data Reporting

· Maîtrise des outils de Business Intelligence (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).

· Excellente connaissance des réglementations AML/CTF et des standards internationaux.

· Compétences en gestion de projet et maîtrise des outils de suivi (Jira, MS Project, etc.).

· Esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l'organisation.
