About the Team & Business Line:

Fund Administration is Citco's core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry's most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.



Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Lead full-cycle accounting and financial statement preparation
  • Manage general ledger, partner capital statements, and complex allocations
  • Oversee fund structure implementation and compliance monitoring
  • Process wire transfers and manage property management relationships

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as primary client contact for financial queries and reporting
  • Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, and property managers
  • Review partnership agreements and offering memorandums
  • Support client audit procedures and compliance requirements

Team Leadership & Technical Expertise

  • Provide training and mentorship to team members
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and analyses
  • Ensure timely delivery of high-quality client deliverables
  • Monitor service level agreements and regulatory requirements
Qualifications

About You:

Required Qualifications:

  • Business/Finance degree with professional accounting designation (ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA)
  • 10+ years real estate accounting experience
  • Expert knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
  • Advanced Excel and financial systems proficiency (MRI, Yardi, or Investran preferred)

Preferred Experience:

  • Limited Partnership and private equity/real estate fund administration
  • European investment structures and regulatory requirements
  • Property management systems and reporting tools
  • Multi-entity accounting and consolidations
  • Previous experience with complex consolidations prepared according to IFRS-UE standards
