Compliance Manager – Stabilité, Frontière Belge

Notre client est une fiduciaire reconnue au Luxembourg, intégrée à un groupe international solide, et présente depuis plus de 15 ans sur le marché local. Elle accompagne une clientèle variée telle que des fonds alternatifs, SOPARFI, holdings et sociétés de Private Equity / Real Estate, en leur offrant un service sur mesure et une expertise pointue en matière de compliance, gouvernance et risk management.

L'équipe luxembourgeoise, composée d'une trentaine de collaborateurs, évolue dans un environnement à taille humaine, axé sur la proximité, la confiance et la communication directe. Dans le cadre de son développement continu, cette fiduciaire recherche aujourd'hui un Compliance Manager expérimenté, souhaitant encadrer une petite équipe, tout en jouant un rôle central au sein de la deuxième ligne de défense.

Vos responsabilités | Compliance – AML – Risk – Fiduciary – Fund Services

  • Superviser et renforcer le cadre de conformité et de gestion des risques, en garantissant le respect des exigences réglementaires locales et des standards du groupe.
  • Assurer la revue et la validation des contrôles AML/KYC, tout en conseillant les équipes opérationnelles sur les bonnes pratiques et la veille réglementaire.
  • Coordonner les revues de conformité périodiques, identifier les failles potentielles et proposer des mesures correctives adaptées.
  • Rédiger et mettre à jour les politiques internes, rapports CSSF et rapports de suivi, en collaboration avec la direction
  • Accompagner et former les collaborateurs à la culture de la conformité, afin de renforcer la sensibilisation au sein de l'entreprise.
    Participer activement aux audits internes et projets de groupe, contribuant ainsi à l'amélioration continue du dispositif de contrôle.

Profil et parcours | Compliance – AML – Risk – Fiduciaire – Fund Services

  • Vous disposez d'au moins 6 années d'expérience en conformité ou AML, idéalement au sein d'une fiduciaire, d'un PFS ou d'une société de gestion au Luxembourg.
  • Vous avez déjà travaillé avec des structures AIF, Private Equity ou Real Estate, et maîtrisez les obligations AML/KYC dans ces contextes.
  • Une expérience en seconde ligne de défense et en management d'équipe est vivement souhaitée.
  • Vous parlez couramment français et anglais ; toute autre langue est un atout.
