**Your responsibilities**:

- Transactional: Execute transactions at the stock market level using the designated platform, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Reporting: Prepare accurate accounting order reports for UCITS funds.
- Client Onboarding: Support customer onboarding processes, including MIFID control, to ensure compliance and smooth integration.
- Investment Support: Assist in the preparation and execution of investment transactions, providing essential support to the investment team.
- Transaction Management: Oversee transaction management and maintain strong customer relationships.
- NAV Control: Conduct NAV control and order execution to ensure the accuracy of net asset value calculations.
- Investor Relations: Manage administrative relationships with investors, including KYC/AML processes, ensuring adherence to compliance requirements.
- Fund Verification: Verify the legitimacy of funds and execute orders in compliance with regulatory standards.

**Transaction/Depositary Officer - Your profile**:

- Fluent in **Dutch** and proficient in **English**.
- At least **2 - 4 years of experience** in depositary, transfer, or audit functions with a focus **on UCITS funds.**:

- Strong numerical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good accounting training and **solid understanding of UCITS funds and MIFID regulations.**:

- Experience in client onboarding, KYC/AML processes, and investor relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit, attention to detail, and ability to work autonomously.
- ** Team player** with a spirit of mutual aid, knowledge sharing, and task sharing.
