Our client, a well-established and growing fiduciary in Capellen, is looking for a _Senior Legal_ Officer to join its expanding team. Specializing in company formations and fund structuring, this firm offers a collaborative, small-team environment with a focus on meritocracy and professional development._
**_ Senior Legal_**_ Officer - Your Role :_**
- _ Handle the _**_incorporation of SA, SARL, and SLP structures_**_, ensuring a smooth setup process._
- _ Assist in the formation of investment funds, including coordinating legal and administrative steps._
- _ Manage the creation of special limited partnerships (SLP), including initial SARL setup, _**_client communication, and document preparation_**_._
- _ Perform _**_basic compliance tasks_**_, including client acceptance and onboarding documentation._
- _ Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless handover to the management team._
**_ Senior Legal_**_ Officer - Your Profile:_**
- **_ At least _**_4_**_ years_**_ of experience in corporate services, with a strong focus on company incorporation. _
- **_Prior experience in SLP incorporations_**_ is a significant advantage._
- _ Fluent in _**_French and English_**_._
- _ Adaptable and eager to work in a small, hands-on team._
- _ Highly organized, with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset._
