Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen Sales & Operations Manager (m/w), der Vertrieb und operative Abläufe aktiv mitgestaltet und die Geschäftsführung im Tagesgeschäft unterstützt.

Sales & Operations Manager (m/w)

unbefristet – Vollzeit – Weiswampach (LU)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Aktive Kundenbetreuung im Innen- und Außendienst (LU, BE, DE)
  • Angebotserstellung und Preisverhandlungen
  • Key Account Management und Aufbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Planung und Abwicklung von Bestellungen sowie Lieferantenmanagement
  • Organisation von Transporten und operativen Abläufen
  • Administrative Tätigkeiten inkl. Rechnungsstellung und Kundenkommunikation
  • Ausarbeitung und Betreuung unserer Marketingaktivitäten (Website, Social Media, Verkaufsunterlagen)

Dein Profil

  • Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung bzw. vergleichbare Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb sowie in operativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Französischkenntnisse, Englisch/Niederländisch von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis, Organisationsstärke und Eigeninitiative
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Social Media
