Your Responsibilities | Legal – Law – Attorney – Finance – Banking – Lawyer

• You will take a leading role in structuring and executing sophisticated financing transactions, providing strategic guidance throughout each stage of the deal.
• It will be expected from you to act as a key contact for high-profile clients, building trust through clear communication, responsiveness, and commercially sound advice.
• You will work closely with colleagues from other practice areas and jurisdictions, ensuring an integrated approach on multi-jurisdictional matters.
• You will contribute to enhancing the team's knowledge base, by sharing insights, identifying market trends, and supporting internal training initiatives.

Profile and Career Path | Legal – Law – Attorney – Finance – Banking – Lawyer

• You have at least 4 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within law firms in Luxembourg.
• You are fluent in English; French and any other language will be considered an asset.
• You are registered as a lawyer on List I, II or IV.
• To be successful in this role, you need to be organized and proactive, able to meet deadlines and perform effectively on all fronts.
• Strong communication skills are essential in order to maintain and develop lasting relationships with clients.

• You will earn a salary of up to €130,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and knowledge. This remuneration will make it easier to build personal and family projects or to travel.
