Your Responsibilities | Attorney – Law – Layer – Banking – Finance – Law firm

• You will be advising clients (lenders and borrowers) on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition finance, real estate finance, and syndicated loans.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of finance documents such as facility agreements, security packages, intercreditor agreements, and legal opinions.
• It will be expected to coordinate with foreign counsel, financial institutions, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of complex transactions.
• Conduct legal research and provide clear, business-oriented advice on banking regulations, licensing requirements, and financial services legislation.
• Supervise junior lawyers, contribute to their development, and actively support knowledge sharing within the team will be part of your role.

• You have between 5 and 6 years of experience as a lawyer in banking and finance in Luxembourg, which will allow you to feel comfortable in your new environment.
• Being fluent in both French and English is essential to communicate efficiently with your colleagues and third parties.
• It is important to demonstrate a certain stability in your career path to align with the company's long-term culture.
• Being organized and proactive is necessary to ensure deadlines are met and to be efficient in the various responsibilities of your position.
