Manpower is recruiting an Operational Assistant (M/F/X) to join one of its clients, a leading European institution based in Luxembourg.
Your Role:As a (Senior) Operational Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting financial operations and administrative processes. You will contribute to the smooth functioning of the department by coordinating reporting activities, maintaining databases, and assisting with business planning and mandate monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:Prepare timely and professional reports, including financial reports, for external stakeholders in line with contractual obligations.
Maintain and update mandate monitoring tools and databases using internal systems.
Create statistics, charts, and presentations for internal and external use.
Support the monitoring of the business plan, focusing on signatures and disbursements across various global regions (e.g. Enlargement and Neighbourhood Countries, Sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America and the Caribbean, Asia and Pacific).
Collect and compile documentation for external stakeholders such as auditors or institutional partners.
Respond to ad hoc requests from internal departments and propose practical solutions.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration, or secondary education complemented by a 2-year higher certification in a relevant field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a senior operational support role.
Strong proficiency in Excel and good knowledge of MS Office tools.
Familiarity with internal systems such as BO, Serapis, GED, PeopleSoft, NOW, MMS, or ASApp is a plus.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of French is an asset.
