Customer Care Agent - CDD 1 an (m/f/x)

Missions :

  • Réceptionner, envoyer un accusé de réception et encoder les courriers de litiges adressés par les clients Luxair & Luxair Tours et autres
  • Etre l'interlocuteur principal en interne pour toutes questions de litige en relation avec les voyages
  • Dispatcher les points de réclamations importants aux départements concernés en vue d'améliorer la prestation.
  • Gérer les compensations/dédommagements des clients selon la législation et les procédures en vigueur
  • Occasionnellement proposer le cas échéant une compensation/dédommagement alternatif selon le cas de figure au supérieur hiérarchique
  • Répondre dans un délai raisonnable en garantissant la qualité et l'image de marque de Luxair
  • Assurer un support pour les tâches administratives du Customer Service Center



Profil requis:

Critères minimaux requis pour le poste

  • Posséder un diplôme de BAC + 2 ou équivalent
  • Avoir une première expérience dans un service clientèle
  • Maîtriser parfaitement l'anglais, le français et l'allemand (écrit)
  • Maîtriser le luxembourgeois (parlé & écrit)
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques courants 

Critères souhaités ou à acquérir

  • Se référer au tableau de formations
  • Etre polyvalent et maîtriser les programmes et les procédures spécifiques de LuxairTOURS ou LuxairAIRLINE
  • Etre autonome et avoir de bonnes capacités relationnelles
  • Avoir un esprit analytique et disposer d'une bonne capacité de médiation
  • La connaissance du luxembourgeois ou de toute autre langue sera considérée comme un atout

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, acknowledge receipt of, and register complaint letters sent by Luxair & Luxair Tours customers and others
  • Act as the main internal point of contact for all travel-related complaint inquiries
  • Forward major complaint issues to the relevant departments in order to improve service quality
  • Manage customer compensation/refunds in accordance with applicable legislation and internal procedures
  • Occasionally propose alternative compensation/refund solutions to the line manager, where appropriate
  • Respond within a reasonable timeframe while ensuring service quality and preserving Luxair's brand image
  • Provide support for administrative tasks within the Customer Service Center

Minimum requirements for the position:

  • Hold a Bac +2 degree or equivalent
  • Have initial experience in a customer service environment
  • Have full written proficiency in English, French, and German
  • Have proficiency in Luxembourgish (spoken and written)
  • Be proficient in standard office software tools

Desired or to-be-acquired criteria:

  • Refer to the training matrix
  • Be versatile and able to master LuxairTOURS or LuxairAIRLINE-specific systems and procedures
  • Be autonomous and have strong interpersonal skills
  • Have an analytical mindset and good mediation skills
  • Knowledge of Luxembourgish or any other additional language will be considered an asset
