Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting for one of its clients operating in the leasing and financial services sector.

Your missions:

  • Promote leasing solutions to professional clients (SMEs and Corporate)

  • Act as a key contact for the banking sales network regarding leasing products

  • Animate and support the sales force (trainings, product presentations, tools)

  • Participate in the analysis and structuring of leasing financing solutions

  • Ensure follow-up of leasing and financing files

  • Contribute to commercial monitoring and budget follow-up

Your profile:

  • Fluent in Luxembourgish, French, English and German

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum 4 years)

  • Experience in relationship management, sales, leasing or financial services

  • Strong commercial and client-oriented mindset

  • Good financial knowledge and ability to analyse financing solutions

  • Good command of standard office and IT tools

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal

  • Ability to negotiate, manage change and work with multiple stakeholders

  • Organised, adaptable and persistent

  • Knowledge of the local fiscal, legal or accounting environment is an asset
