This job will be based in our Luxembourg office. The successful candidate will join a busy and dynamic team, to help provide a white glove service to its clients.
Jobs to be Done:
- Onboarding new clients - sending out instructions to complete KYC, create demo accounts, provide a walk-through of next steps, following up with clients during the onboarding process to complete
- Manage the go live process for new clients - create live trading accounts, lead test transactions and ensure these are completed in order to move the client to live
- Ongoing relationship management - business retention and showing initiatives to strengthen relationships, day to day management of client channels, following up once test trades are complete, dealing with any queries and ensuring these are routed through to the relevant teams
- Provide general support to the Sales and Marketing teams
- Updating Client Relationship Management systems
Required Skills and experience:
- Experience in client facing roles essential
- Crypto specific background preferred
- Must be organised and self sufficient
- Ability to multitask and prioritising of tasks
