We are looking for an International IT Services Specialist (Senior IT Support) to strengthen the local technical team and provide IT support to users both onsite and remotely.
You will work in a dynamic international environment, closely linked with the headquarters infrastructure teams, and contribute to the maintenance, development, and reliability of the IT systems and local infrastructures.
The role also includes a significant project dimension (deployments, relocations, upgrades of the technical environment).
Your main responsibilities include:
- Providing support and maintenance for Microsoft Windows 11, Office 365, and Teams environments;
- Experience handling VIP users management;
- Managing the MDM solutions for iOS and Android devices;
- Participating in the management and maintenance of network infrastructure (level 2 troubleshooting, level 3 monitoring);
- Maintaining and updating the CMDB (NetBox) and inventory of hardware and software;
- Managing the printing infrastructure and system infrastructure (ESX) in collaboration with central teams;
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting workstations, servers, switches, and network equipment;
- Providing support for Citrix environments (XenApp, XenDesktop);
- Managing local suppliers and contracts, participating in IT budget preparation, and handling IT purchases;
- Overseeing technical operations during office relocations, closures, or openings;
- Providing support to Independent Wealth Managers within the region;
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and the internal wiki;
- Actively participating in the implementation of group IT projects and contributing to the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent (mandatory);
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical support or a similar role;
- Excellent knowledge of Windows 11, Office 365, Teams, and Citrix environments;
- Strong experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructures (solid understanding of the OSI model);
- Proven skills in MDM management (Apple, Android);
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure project management;
- Preferred certifications: MS-700, CCNA, ITIL, or equivalents;
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, service-oriented, and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with central and local teams;
- Proficiency in French and English (C1-C2 level required)
