Your area of work:
In this role, you will be at the center of the ETF (Exchange-Traded Fund) ecosystem in Luxembourg. Your primary focus will be to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including Transfer Agents, Market Makers, Authorized Participants, and Common Depositaries. You will act as the main liaison for these partners, providing solutions for operational and commercial issues and developing a deep understanding of their business models and how they interact with Clearstream's services. A key part of your work will involve supporting the issuance and onboarding of new ETFs onto the Clearstream platform, ensuring smooth and successful launches. You will also take ownership of client operational migrations, guiding them through market changes and strategic projects like the UNO migration.
Your responsibilities:
• Lead ETF Sales and Relationship Management activities, overseeing two resources and coordinating the activity of the ETF sales and product specialist.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with ETF ecosystem stakeholders to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
• Act as the main liaison for ETF actors, providing solutions for operational and commercial issues.
• Reinforce commercial coverage across the ETF ecosystem to drive platform adoption.
• Establish and monitor KPI dashboards (e.g., settlement efficiency), proactively suggesting improvements and new services.
• Collect and relay client feedback to internal forums to drive service and experience enhancements.
• Support the issuance and onboarding of new ETFs to ensure smooth and successful launches on the Clearstream platform.
• Take ownership of client operational migrations and provide hands-on support for the UNO migration and other strategic initiatives.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on ETF operations, training internal teams and maintaining alignment with DBAG ETF experts.
Your profile:
• Extensive experience (min 7y) in the ETF industry, with a strong background in sales, relationship management, or product management.
• Proven ability to guide and support individuals to achieve their full potential.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ETF ecosystem's operational and commercial dynamics.
• Expert in building and nurturing long-term client relationships and have excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and strategic thinker, capable of identifying opportunities for service improvement and driving strategic projects.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to act as a central point of contact for stakeholders.
• Direct experience with operational migrations and are familiar with KPI monitoring and reporting.
