For our department E-Commerce within
Airline Commercial, we are looking for a (an):

Digital Sales Specialist (m/f/x)

Main duties:

  • Manage and realize the online sales
    actions, digital CRM actions and online marketing campaigns of the dedicated
    business unit
  • Manage and realise the SEM
    & Adwords campaigns of the dedicated business unit and contribute to the
    SEO strategy of the digital channels
  • Contribute and
    deliver consistent online contents for the dedicated business unit, incl. SEO
    and copywriting
  • Support various
    projects in relation to the digital transformation of the dedicated business
    unit, incl. testing support
  • Regularly monitor and report activities



Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

  • Provide a University Degree in Business
    Administration, E-Commerce, Media Studies or similar line of studies and/or
    proven experience in a similar position  
  • Have an experience in online sales, online
    marketing and CRM
  • Be familiar with current IT office and
    E-Commerce tools, and demonstrate statistical software skills
  • Have a knowledge in project management
  • Show excellent communication skills in English, as well as skills in
    French and/or German (spoken and written)

Desired or to be acquired criteria:

  • Be able to identify E-Commerce potentials,
    make proposals and show willingness to take ownership
  • Demonstrate strong skills in all aspects of
    Web and E-Commerce technologies (campaigns management, automation, SEO/SEM,
    CRM, Analytics tools, etc.)
  • Be able to work team-oriented and
    independently
  • Show assertiveness and stress resistance
  • Show a good spirit to synthesize and good
    analytical and listening skills
  • Have a notion of Luxemburgish and develop the deficient work language
    (French or German)

The ideal candidate:

  • Tourism & travel industry experience would
    be beneficial
  • Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as an asset
