This opportunity is with a privately held investment group with offices in Luxembourg and France, specializing in private equity, real estate, and technology-driven ventures.

Job Description
As a Legal & Corporate Officer, you will support the Legal Director in his duties :

  • Maintain statutory records and corporate registers for entities in Luxembourg and France
  • Draft legal documents (contracts, letters, notes)
  • Manage legal files, archiving, and databases
  • Support real estate acquisitions and private equity transactions
  • Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, and AGM documentation
  • Conduct legal research & monitor legislative and regulatory changes
  • Manage communications with external partners (law firms, notaries, etc.)

The Successful Applicant
A successful Legal & Corporate Officer should have:

  • A Master in Law or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge in corporate law and financial law in France and in Luxembourg
  • Previous experience in law firm or legal department in the financial services industry
  • A business-oriented and proactive approach to legal issues
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluent in French and English; knowledge of legal terminology in both
  • Discretion and adaptability in a confidential, entrepreneurial environment
