Get ready to step into the vibrant world of Real Estates For our Workplace department, we're currently looking for an Interior Architect.

The Workplace department advises our corporate clients on how to get the best from their buildings, and how best value can be achieved through creative technical workplace solutions. We work closely with our clients to develop interior designs, implement fitting out schemes and organize refurbishment projects in existing buildings.

What's in it for you?
Based on client spatial needs and expectations of your clients, you will be able to translate these needs into a creative space planning and be able to advise the client for the best work environment. You design and create work environment concepts: space planning, mood boards, 3Ds images, prepare fit-out budgets and planning and advise on the sustainable use of office buildings. You work in close collaboration with the Project Mangers of the department and under the support of the Director and/or a Senior Project Manager.

Let's Talk About You

• You have a high school or university degree in Interior Architecture with minimum 2 years of experience in interior architecture, design, and space planning, in Project Management in office fit-out construction coordination
• You master AutoCAD, Sketch up and all MS Office tools
• You are fluent French, and you have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
