Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l'accueil des clients, la conformité KYC/KYT et la gestion des comptes, en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec les équipes du front office et de la conformité dans un environnement dynamique et multiculturel.

Description

  • Effectuer la connaissance du client et le contrôle préalable, y compris l'intégration, les examens périodiques et l'exclusion des entreprises clientes.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour les données KYC dans les systèmes d'information afin de garantir la conformité réglementaire.
  • Effectuer le contrôle préalable des transactions KYT pour les paiements, les prêts et les opérations de change.
  • Assurer la liaison avec le Front Office et la Conformité sur les questions de KYC/KYT et les exigences quotidiennes en matière de vérification des noms.
  • Soutenir les processus de gestion des comptes, de l'ouverture à la clôture.
  • Préparer des statistiques mensuelles sur les transactions et participer à la communication avec les clients.
  • Participer à d'autres tâches assignées par les chefs de service.

Profile

  • Licence en finance, économie, gestion d'entreprise ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Au moins un an d'expérience dans le domaine de la banque d'entreprise ou de la conformité dans une banque internationale.
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais et du mandarin.
  • Connaissance des exigences réglementaires, des politiques et des procédures en matière de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent et le financement du terrorisme.
  • Solides compétences en communication, orientation client et capacité à travailler dans des délais serrés.
  • Esprit d'équipe, proactivité et souci du détail.
