Wir suchen einen Junior Buchhalter/in, der unser Accounting- & Outsourcing-Team so bald wie möglich verstärkt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Betreuung eines eigenen Kundenportfolios nach Lux GAAP;
  • Durchführung der Buchhaltung und Abstimmung der Konten;
  • Führung genauer und ordnungsgemäßer Buchhaltungsunterlagen;
  • Erstellung von periodischen Reportings und Jahresabschlüssen;
  • Vorbereitung der aufsichtsrechtlichen Meldungen für die Zentralbank von Luxemburg und die CSSF;
  • Erstellung von rechtlichen Dokumenten wie Protokollen von Sitzungen des Verwaltungsrats und der Gesellschafterversammlungen;
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern bei Bedarf;
  • Unterstützung der Mandanten während des Prüfungsprozesses (Audit), sofern erforderlich;
  • Unterstützung des Accounting-Teams bei Bedarf.

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich;
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen (einschließlich Praktikum) ist von Vorteil;
  • Fließende Kenntnisse in Deutsch sowie Englisch oder Französisch (in Wort und Schrift);
  • Dynamische, proaktive und strukturierte Arbeitsweise mit sehr guten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;
  • Ausgeprägter Teamgeist.
