Client Description:
For one of his clients based in Kirchberg, Manpower Luxembourg is recruiting a Legal administrative assistant (H/F/X)
Job Description:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers in managing their daily operational tasks.
Oversee the tracking and coordination of incoming and outgoing correspondence, including documents and parcels.
Act as a liaison between internal teams, global clients, and both local and international service providers.
Manage the scheduling and organization of meetings, ensuring efficient calendar coordination.
Coordinate business travel arrangements and handle the processing of related expense reports.
Support the execution and follow-up of business development initiatives led by the legal team.
Assist with client onboarding procedures and contribute to the invoicing process.
Monitor and manage office supplies and consumables, including inventory tracking, ordering, and receiving.
Candidate Profile:
Prior experience as a team assistant or executive secretary in an international setting, ideally within a legal or professional services environment, is considered a strong asset.
Fluency in German or in English (spoken and written) is essential for this role. Knowledge of French is a plus.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently across all levels.
Solid command of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrates absolute discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Highly responsive, well-organized, and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and attention to detail.
