We're looking for a
Senior Partner & Client Services professional
to join a leading financial institution in Luxembourg. You'll be part of a collaborative, multicultural team that manages client and partner relationships across Belgium and the Netherlands — primarily with brokers, asset managers, and custodian banks.

This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in
life insurance
,
cross-border (LPS)
operations, and a strong understanding of the financial services ecosystem.

What you'll do

  • Manage and support relationships with Belgian and Dutch brokers, asset managers, and custodian banks
  • Act as the first point of contact for partner and client inquiries
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Legal, Compliance, Wealth Planning, and Sales
  • Handle onboarding, AML, KYC, and general operational topics
  • Participate in internal and cross-department projects to optimize partner services

What you'll bring

  • At least
    10 years of experience
    in a similar role within
    life insurance, wealth management, or private banking
  • Proven experience in
    LPS (Libre Prestation de Services)
    cross-border business
  • Native or bilingual
    Dutch and French
    , and fluent
    English
  • Strong client-servicing mindset with attention to compliance and operational accuracy
  • Organized, autonomous, and proactive, with strong coordination skills across teams
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

Location & Work Setup

  • Base:
    Leudelange, Luxembourg
  • Hybrid:
    2 days remote per week for Luxembourg residents; 34 remote days per year for cross-border commuters
  • Contract:
    Permanent
