Job Description

Le Director Operations assume la responsabilité globale des « stores » gérés par l'entreprise, en priorisant le management de son équipe de coordinateurs dans leur démarches opérationnelles et prise de décisions. Il assure la réalisation des objectifs commerciaux et de la profitabilité de son réseau en maintenant un coût d'opération répondant aux normes du groupe.

Il opère dans le résultat des performances et la supervision du personnel dans le but de garantir une expérience client correspondant aux attentes de l'excellence opérationnelle.

Le Director Operations rapporte au Vice Président (BELUX) et fait partie des membres du Comité de Direction (BELUX).

Les missions du Director Operations :

  • Agir en tant que leader engagé et axé sur le métier en gérant une équipe de managers « store » et « non-store ».
  • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des plans tactiques afin d'aligner et de soutenir les objectifs stratégiques de BU Luxembourg.
  • Conduire l'organisation vers la réalisation des indicateurs clés de performance dans le cadre des objectifs de ventes, de marges, de coûts et de bénéfices.
  • Veiller à ce que toutes les activités soient conformes au modèle opérationnel, en maintenant des normes et une sécurité élevées.
  • Renforcer une culture de vente positive, en gardant le client au premier plan de chaque décision et en faisant en sorte qu'il soit facile pour les clients de faire leurs achats dans les shops.
  • Veiller à ce qu'un leadership efficace crée une culture de premier ordre dans l'ensemble du réseau de « stores » Circle K.
  • Participe à l'établissement du budget « Business Plan » et projets
  • Veiller au respect des normes et des valeurs du groupe (one team, play to win, take ownership, do the right thing)

Votre profil :

  • Formation Commerce (Bachelor / Licence)
  • Minimum 10 ans d'expérience dans le commerce, incluant un minimum de 5 ans dans un rôle de supervision/direction multisites
  • Expérience en gestion de personnel
  • Compétences linguistiques : français et anglais (C1 minimum), l'Allemand est un plus
  • Expérience en gestion du changement
  • Leadership et habile au niveau des communications
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers en même temps
  • Capacité à gérer le stress
  • Prise de décision
  • Capacités stratégiques et analytiques élevées avec un état d'esprit orienté business
  • Esprit d'équipe
