Your day-to-day
- Assurer le support IT de niveau 2 sur les environnements utilisateurs et infrastructures
- Exécuter des checklists de contrôle quotidiennes sur les systèmes et outils techniques
- Surveiller et analyser les alertes liées à l'infrastructure (antivirus, supervision, sauvegardes, applications, etc.)
- Intervenir sur des incidents techniques détectés via les outils de monitoring
- Participer à la résolution de problématiques liées aux sauvegardes, aux chaînes de traitement et aux consoles techniques
- Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes IT internes (infrastructure, exploitation, support)
- Documenter les incidents, actions correctives et procédures lorsque nécessaire
- Travailler sous la coordination d'un team leader technique
Your profile
- Expérience confirmée en support IT 2nd line
- Bonnes connaissances de Active Directory (AD)
- À l'aise avec les environnements de supervision et monitoring (ex. outils de type SCOM)
- Compréhension des processus d'exploitation IT et des environnements critiques
- Capacité à analyser et résoudre des incidents techniques de manière structurée
- Profil rigoureux, volontaire et fiable
- Bon esprit d'équipe et facilité à collaborer avec des interlocuteurs techniques variés
- Sens des priorités et respect des procédures opérationnelles
