**About the role**
Ready to step into a leadership role and drive excellence in depository operations? Join my client as an Associate Depository Director and lead a team dedicated to ensuring accuracy, compliance, and innovation in financial processes.
As the Associate Depository Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing depository strategies to achieve operational excellence by pushing boundaries and setting new industry standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Lead and manage depository operations, overseeing transactions, reconciliations, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and elevate performance.
- Act as line manager to the depositary management team, ensuring that they are effectively supervised, coached, directed, engaged and encouraged through their day-to-day work and longer-term ambitions
- Stay ahead of industry regulations and trends, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Support the depositary management team with technical considerations that may require an additional level of judgement
**Skills**
- Proven experience of delivering and/or leading the provision of professional services to a portfolio of clients
- Experience of operating successfully at client board level, including writing and presenting reports and maintaining ongoing relationships with executive-level people
- Solid experience of managing manager-level people, and providing indirect leadership to their respective teams
- You display in depth knowledge of depositary duties and responsibilities.
- Fluency in English.
