Our client is an alternative in fund and corporate services with dedicated client teams and a focus on alternative strategy asset classes.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of service are delivered on a daily basis for their respective client portfolios
- Actively develop relationships with existing clients and their service providers
- Manage and develop the depositary management team
- Assist in building depositary service offering in Luxembourg, including proposal drafting, fee and team considerations
- Assist with budgeting and financial monitoring for the depositary services business
- Support the internal operational committees and working groups for the depositary business
- Provide technical support to the depositary management team
- Act as a higher-level authority for internal and external considerations, including new business risk assessments and formal client communications
**Skills, knowledge, and expertise**:
- Proven experience in delivering professional services to a portfolio of clients
- Experience in operating at client board level
- Relevant professional qualification such as ACCA, ACA, ICSA or equivalent
- Experience in managing all aspects of running a successful business, including operational, financial, and people performance, as well as strategic considerations
- Experience in contributing to successful business development activity, including drafting proposals and presentations
- Solid experience in managing manager-level people
- Sound technical knowledge and a commercial outlook
- Strong appreciation of the importance of risk, compliance, and regulation
- Background in private equity and/or real estate funds is desirable
- Experience in a CSSF-regulated environment is desirable.
