**Summary**:
Funds Talent are currently searching the market for an **Associate Director of Depositary**. This unique role is **combining responsibility for excellence within service delivery, with managing a growing, diverse team though an upcoming transformation of the depositary function.**

**Key requirements**:
**Client Management**
- Continuous client interaction due to the day-to-day service natural of the role. Building upon existing relationships, with responsibility for client reporting, and presentations.

**People Management**
- A major element of this role, managing the department, and internal and external communications with stakeholders on behalf of the department. Responsible for training, development and team building.

**Business Development**
- Work with the business development leadership team to help craft the depositary message to the market. Respond to queries on services, fees, potential team impacts of new business.

**Financial Performance Management**
- Assist with annual reports, client reporting, billing and invoicing sign off.

**Operational Development**
- Create an environment where ideas for operational improvement are embraced, considered and were possible implemented. Drive continuous improvement as a team ethos.

**Risk Management**
- Be the point of contact for consideration of all risks to depositary, be the financial risk, new business considerations, technical considerations, with responsibility for periodical risk reviews and assessments.

**The Must Haves**
- Worked in a professional services environment with experience of leading delivery to a portfolio of clients.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Relevant professional qualification, potentially ACCA, ACA, ICSA or alternatives
- Experience in leading a business function and people management.
- Proven ability to lead business development, experience with RFP’s, quotations, or fees.

**What could be advantageous?**
- Having experience of Private Equity or Real Estate Funds
- Experienced working in a CSSF-regulated environment previously
