Our client is a leading provider of fund and corporate services which has a dynamic and innovative culture, renowned for its investment in people and strong client service delivery.
Due to continued growth and client retention, our client seeks an associate director to lead their existing client development strategy for +/- ten group strategic accounts. You will be responsible for creating and delivering the local account plans for Luxembourg, supporting the global account management teams in the US and UK.
The attraction of this role will be to work with some of the industry’s leading investors as part of your established client portfolio where you will create and deliver growth strategies in a dynamic and agile business recognized for their award-winning products and services.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Implement client development strategies, identifying opportunities for growth across your existing client base
- Manage and develop client relationships in line with strategic account management plans
- Develop and lead winning presentations and proposals
- Contribute and influence approaches to strategic account management and planning
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the local and global Client Management teams
- Work closely with marketing, business development and client experience teams to ensure alignment and synergies across accounts
- Attend and speak at Luxembourg fund industry forums, working groups and conferences, keeping abreast of new market initiatives and regulations
- Develop and expand sustainable and trusted relationships both internally and externally
- Lead Client Relationship Review meetings and champion your client’s voice in the business
Experience and skills required:
- 10 years + proven track record in global account management
- Excellent product knowledge within alternative investments building and developing complex accounts at C-suite level in a multi-stakeholder environment
- Creating and delivering proposals and presentations in conjunction with business development team
- Represent the business at relevant industry events
- Excellent networking and client relationship management experience
