We are seeking a motivated Transfer Agent to join our expanding Dealing Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated professional to develop their financial career within a leading organization.

What you will be responsible for

As Transfer Agent, Dealing Services, Associate 2 you will
- Be the first contact point for delegates and Associate 1 (A1)
- Review and Authorize in a timely and accuracy manner all tasks performed by A1 and delegates such as:

- platform transactions (Clearstream, Euroclear, Crest, SIX SIS ) ensuring they are in good order for execution as per the instruction received and within market deadlines.
- securities reconciliations, balance breaks and reconciliations exceptions between transfer agent, authorized participant, clearing houses and depositories
- internal payments within currency cut off deadlines
- failed trades chasing
- Perform oversight controls
- Maintain internal user guides to date
- Lead team meetings
- Participate to projects (market event, new business, system upgrade..)
- Participate to the audit exercises
- Suggest improvement processes
- Exercise due diligence, ensuring the activities the role is responsible for are organised and controlled
- Comply with the regulatory regimes in which IFDS operates, with particular consideration given to relevant Client Asset, Data Protection regulations, as appropriate to the above role

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent administrative and business support skills, with the ability to multi-task and to work calmly under pressure.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational, planning and co-ordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Detailed understanding of procedural, technical and product requirements within Transfer Agency business
- Accurate and precise
- Team oriented
- Flexible
- Enthusiastic
- Excellent communications skill
- Fluent English language skills, any other European Language is a plus

Additional requirements
- 2 years of Transfer Agency experience
- Open minded attitude
- Working hours 9h to 19h + public holiday on a rotation basis
- TA Platform (settlement) experience
- Previous work experience within a busy and fast paced business (preferably financial sector)
- Experience in multi-cultural environment
