As an **Expert Transfer Agent,** you will be the primary point of contact for alternative investment fund clients and their investors. You will oversee investor onboarding, ensure compliance with regulations, and process investor transactions accurately while maintaining high client satisfaction.
**Expert Transfer Agent - Responsibilities**
The Expert Transfer Agent is responsible for onboarding new investors, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They process and validate investor transactions, prepare shareholder reports, and coordinate cross-departmental efforts to meet client needs. Acting as the central point of contact for investor relations, they liaise with clients, investors, AIFMs, banks, and auditors. Additionally, they stay updated on regulatory changes, manage FATCA/CRS reporting, and supervise investor relations officers.
**Expert Transfer Agent - Your Profile**:
- 5-10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably within the alternative investment fund industry.
- At least a **Bachelor's degree in finance** or a related field.
- Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations and investor relationship management. Experience in middle office operations and investor relations development is essential.
- Fluent in **English**, French is a plus. any additional languages considered a plus.
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and within a team.
