**Une PSF installée au Luxembourg depuis maintenant plus de 40 ans** et ayant des équipes très stables est actuellement à la recherche d’un Junior Transfer Agent qui souhaiterait rejoindre un environnement stable, agréable et en développement au Luxembourg**.**

Cette société recherche principalement une personnalité qu’elle pourra **coacher et former sur le long terme.** En effet, le but pour cette société est d’investir dans une personne qui saura se voir **évoluer sur le long terme **au sein de leur département Transfer Agent.

La législation Luxembourgeoise étant en perpétuelle évolution, le département continuera à se développer et vous aurez donc l’opportunité de **participer à l’évolution et à la mise en place de nouvelles procédures** afin de rester en conformité avec la législation.

**Vos responsabilités **| Junior Transfer Agent / PSF / Stabilité**

Dans une équipe de 5 personnes et en collaboration directe avec l’Associé en charge, vos responsabilités sont notamment:

- Analyse, revue et validation des différents documents, afin d’être en conformité avec les législations au Luxembourg ;
- Vous êtes en charge du maintien à jour des dossiers ;
- Archivage et enregistrement des différents documents légaux comme requis par la CSSF ;
- Participation à différents échantillonnages au niveau audit, compliance et risque, et ce, afin de garder des dossiers complets et en règles ;
- Coaching et accompagnement des juniors de l’équipe.

**Profil et parcours **| Junior Transfer Agent / PSF / Stabilité**
- Vous avez au minimum une année d’expérience au sein d’un domiciliataire de fonds, une PSF, ou une structure bancaire ;
- Idéalement, vous avez déjà eu l’occasion de travailler sur le logiciel Paxus ;
- Vous parlez couramment le français et l’anglais et maitrisez ces langues tant à l’oral qu'à l’écrit ;
- Vous savez travailler en équipe, et avez de bonnes capacités de communication, notamment pour pouvoir échanger avec les membres de votre équipe.
