**YOUR CHALLENGE**:

- Act as the central contact point for new Regulatory demand
- Maintain portfolio of projects for Regulatory topics
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure reporting to management or other stakeholders for Regulatory initiatives
- Act a quality gate to ensure that business sponsorship, ownership, budget is clearly defined before engaging the local Value Chain
- Collect estimate and team commitment delivery dates from each Value Chain respectively for the activities in the Regulatory project portfolio
- Monitor project progress (delivery dates, budget, scope); keep stakeholders informed; Manage timely strategic escalation to secure prompt mitigation measure
- Actively participate to the regulatory watch to anticipate future regulatory demand and prepare the budget submission in collaboration with local and global unit owners.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
**Professional and Technical**
- Thorough understanding of project management and stakeholders’ managements
- Minimum 3 years in project management and delivery experience
- Solid experience in managing regulatory projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent internal communication skills
- Excellent English language skills are required, further languages are an advantage
- Agile experience is a plus

**Personal and Social**
- Strong ability to structure, organize and control several work items in parallel
- Proven ability to manage large cross-functional project teams across regions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Enthusiastic collaborator and team player with a positive attitude
