We're looking for experienced Regulatory & Outsourcing Project Consultant to support a high-impact project focused on regulatory compliance, outsourcing, and business transformation.
The Role
You'll lead and contribute to complex cross-functional initiatives, working on core process improvements, regulatory implementation, and third-party/vendor management. This role involves strategic thinking, strong coordination, and hands-on execution across business and IT areas.
What We're Looking For
✔️ Proven background (5+ years) in:
- Outsourcing & Vendor Management
- Regulatory project leadership
- Business analysis within large organizations
- Leading multi-disciplinary projects
✔️ Solid understanding of core operational processes and business value chains
✔️ Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
✔️ Familiarity with DORA and EBA outsourcing guidelines
✔️ Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
✔️ Proficiency in English (C1 level)
A Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience (10+ years) is required.
Work Setup: On-site in Luxembourg, 100%
️ Until January 2026, with a possible 3-month extension
