**Qui recrute ?**:
L'Administration de la navigation aérienne (ANA), rattachée au ministère de la Mobilité et des Travaux publics, est le fournisseur de services de navigation aérienne du Luxembourg, basée à Findel. Notre mission est de garantir un trafic aérien sûr, efficace et respectueux de l’environnement dans les espaces aériens nationaux et délégués ainsi que sur l'aérodrome.

**Missions**:

- Vous êtes passionné(e) par l’aviation et souhaitez jouer un rôle clé dans la gestion et la sécurité des opérations aériennes ? Rejoignez notre Département des Opérations Aéronautiques en tant qu’Agent ARO et participez activement à la gestion des plans de vol, des messages aéronautiques et des avis aux navigants (NOTAM).
- Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe du Département des Opérations Aéronautiques, nous recherchons un Agent ATS Reporting Office (ARO).
- Missions principales:

- Garantir l’échange fiable et efficace des messages aéronautiques entre les différentes entités du secteur aérien;
- Assurer la validation et la gestion des plans de vol, en veillant à l’exactitude des données transmises aux unités ATS;
- Diffuser et gérer les informations essentielles pour la sécurité des vols, notamment les NOTAM et les rapports Runway Condition;
- Être un point de contact clé pour les alertes et les interventions d’urgence (Search and Rescue);
- Analyser et traiter les données aéronautiques pour optimiser la coordination du trafic aérien international.
- Parcours de recrutement:

- Entretiens d’embauche et de motivation;
- Test de motivation et questionnaire de personnalité du CGPO;
- Tests de langue le cas échéant (LUX, FR, DE);
- Formation théorique complète et rémunérée d’environ 9 mois à l’ENAC | Ecole Nationale de l'Aviation Civile, Toulouse, France;
- Formation métier complète et rémunérée : de 10 à 15 mois;
- Embauche à partir du 30 mars 2025.

**Profil**:
**Compétences techniques**
- Esprit scientifique;
- Excellentes compétences linguistiques en anglais et luxembourgeois ; L’allemand et le français sont un atout.

**Compétences comportementales**
- Sens des responsabilités et capacité d’analyse;
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement avec d'autres professionnels de l'aviation;
- Flexibilité pour travailler selon des horaires variables, y compris les heures de nuit, les week-ends et les jours fériés dans un service opérationnel H24 / 365 jours par an.

**Diplômes**

Vous êtes détenteur soit du diplôme luxembourgeois de fin d’études secondaires, soit du diplôme luxembourgeois de fin d’études secondaires techniques, soit d’un certificat sanctionnant des études reconnues équivalentes.

**Langues**

Vous répondez aux exigences des connaissances de 3 langues administratives pour le groupe B1.

**Nationalité**

Vous êtes ressortissant d’un État membre de l’Union européenne.
