**Mission
The Fund Operations Officer is responsible for executing the day-to-day trading management of our dealing activities arising from our distribution channels (partners and IFA's) and to be executed by our custodian banks.

**Mission
The Private Equity Deposit Officer is responsible for the monitoring of the deposit of NTA asset at custodian bank of our life insurance policy, i.e. ensure evidence of the deposit is on file, valuation update is synchronized between the insurer and the custodian bank, subsequent capital transaction are reflected at bank. He/she also ensure that accurate reporting on deposit is made available to Senior Management of the Insurer.
**Accountability
- The Private Equity Deposit Officer is accountable for:
- Deposit request follow-up upon occurrence of capital transaction, distribution, exit or valuation update to ensure updated data are reflected at custodian bank
- Monitoring of any change of custodian
- Identification and justification of position mismatch within the reconciliation process
- Reporting of undeposited asset to the Senior Management on a quarterly basis
- Ensure documentation and filing of collected and analysed documentation and evidence are on file for audit purpose
**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Private Equity Deposit Officer?
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Corporate law or Business administration (Bac +3 minimum);
- 1-5 years of experience in Private Equity funds administration or Bank back-office desk specialized in unlisted companies and private equity funds or audit experience in Private Equity funds or unquoted companies, Alternative Investment Fund Management Fund risk and reporting.
- Strong capabilities reporting and data crunching
- Strong team player and strong communication skills
- Pro-active, motivated and eager to learn and grow in fast paced working environment
- Flexible, excellent team player and have a positive attitude towards problem solving issues
- Hands on attitude, we expect you to take full ownership of the cases you will be dealing with
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills and able to work under tight deadlines
- Team player, self-organized, open-minded and comfortable in an intercultural environment
- Skilled user of MS Office, excel or any other data management tool
- English Speaker with fluency in French.

- Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry regulatory requirements
- Any other European Languages
- Data management and reporting
- Detailed oriented, analysis of complex technical data
- Specific Methodologies: Private Equity custody, AIFMD reporting
