Lombard International Group operates through two divisions:
**Insurance carrier: Lombard International Assurance S.A.**

Headquartered in Luxembourg, Lombard International Assurance S.A. is an insurance carrier specialising in manufacturing unit-linked life insurance solutions. These solutions are distributed by various regulated intermediaries, including private banks, family offices, asset managers, independent wealth and financial advisers, wealth and insurance brokers, professional advisory firms and other advisers active in the private wealth sector.

**Distribution Companies**

The Group has a number of wholly owned investment and insurance distribution businesses who market and advise on unit-linked life assurance products manufactured by Lombard International Assurance S.A.

**Your role - Are you ready for a challenge?**

The Account Officer is responsible for:

- Administering Insurance policies:

- Providing daily support to Partners, Clients, Sales and other internal colleagues;Being a real team player.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

- Perform AML/KYC analysis in order to ensure case compliance with national and international regulatory requirements,
- Coordinate and process new business cases until issuance,
- Ensure timely processing of policy servicing and capital transactions,
- Organise and structure daily workload efficiently in order to proceed in an accurate and timely manner,
- Meeting, and exceeding, where possible the Service Standards with the constant aim of reaching Service Excellence,
- Communicate clearly, proactively and transparently internally and with business partners, including with custodians, investment managers and insurance intermediaries in order to meet and excel expectations,
- Respect of external and internal regulatory requirements, internal guidelines, procedures and processes,
- Document management,
- Develop and maintain a strong working relationship with internal experts, sales agents and external business partners,
- Actively contribute to process and business improvement through active participation during team meetings: Share ideas and lessons learned, make suggestions,Maintain an ongoing awareness of services, review procedures and ensure quality improvements are made as required.

**Your profile - Have you got what it takes to become our Account Officer - Belgium Market?**
- University Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Management or any other relevant field and/or relevant experience in Client Services in the insurance sector
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in Finance or Insurance
- KYC/AML experience is a strong asset.
- Aware of developments within the financial/insurance sector in general and competent in dealing with queries relating to funds and financial instruments
- Ability to work independently while keen to work as part of a team and support colleagues when needed
- Be able to clearly and comprehensively outline complex issues both verbally and in writing
- Multi-task efficiently between routine tasks and urgent queries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all your duties
- Strong prioritisation skills, flexible, reliable and responsible in challenging situations
- Strong client service focus, solutions oriented and capable of ensuring a high service level to clients
- Ability to demonstrate a high level of initiative and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in a regulated environment and to respect the external and internal guidelines
- Ability to maintain performance and positive relationships in stressful/challenging situations
- Agility and pragmatism in a complex and changing environment
- Good command of MS office productsFrench speaker with an excellent command of English (Dutch is a strong asset)
