**Job Description**:
Our global client is a leading provider of services to the fund industry, and in Luxembourg has a strong reputation for embracing technology to enhance the client experience.

As they look to centralize their onboarding process across all business lines, they are looking for a Head of Onboarding Operations who will manage, mentor and build the team and its processes, to ensure a market leading onboarding function.

This is a role that will include:

- Using your prior experience of AML/KYC and onboarding of legal, corporate or fund entities
- Embracing technology to enhance the onboarding process and simplify it for clients and colleagues
- Liaise with the Compliance team to enhance onboarding standards
- Train and mentor the team to ensure high quality expertise and service, managing the team and relationships with other stakeholders
- Drive transformation at the onboarding service using a new onboarding platform
- Support audit and regulatory reviews
- Potentially the scope of the role may develop beyond Luxembourg
- Present to the Luxembourg management on relevant issues
- Potentially the scope of the role may develop beyond Luxembourg

To be considered for this role you will:

- Have solid client onboarding experience and team management expertise
- Have prior knowledge of working on AML/KYC issues in Luxembourg, a sold understanding of the trust / PSF / holding entity management business and service lines and compliance issues
- A strong sense of proactivity, solution orientation, and dynamism
- Past experience managing operations, teams and change, with an affinity for technological solutions
- Enjoy liaising with multiple stakeholders and managing relationships
- Possess excellent communication skills, and be fluent in English
