**Your Challenge**:

- You are passionate about leading people. You lead by example and use constructive dialogue as an instrument to foster a good working culture and to support the team targets
- You take the responsibility of the innovation management within the team, especially with the adaption of up-to-date regulatory requirements, the improvement of the current services and processes including the proposals for adaptation and improvements
- You lead and/or participate projects within the area of expertise, as well as participation in Group Projects related hereto
- You will report to the Bank's COO and collaborate with him/her closely to support the successful implementation of the long-term strategy with the focus on an excellent client experience
- You enjoy working in an international environment across locations. As part of a functional management structure, you will safeguard the interests of the location in Luxembourg, taking into account specified Group standards.

**Your Profile**:

- With at least 10 years of professional experience in the financial sector and a passion for finance, you have in-depth knowledge of the processes of a bank in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. As a well-recognized manager, you have acted as a role model for a larger organizational unit for at least 5 years
- You have a sound knowledge of documentation and information requirements for consistent clients onboarding, KYC/AML requirements for private clients, External Asset Managers and funds (UCITS and AIF)
- You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. With your positive can-do mentality, you proactively lead, coach and coordinate your team in the daily business. You enjoy your work and pass this on to others
- You have strong leadership qualities but with your hands-on mentality you also see yourself as active team member who takes ownership, makes an impact and collaborates closely with team colleagues
- You are characterized by a highly proactive and independent way of working. You can identify potential for improvement, find target-oriented and first-class solutions and thus contribute directly to the company's success
- You have already successfully managed and implemented major projects with your convincing ideas and an agile approach
- You have very good knowledge of computer-aided tools, knowledge of the AVALOQ core banking system is an advantage
- Fluency in English, a Nordic language is an advantage.
