- Ensure efficient and fair **administration **of standard **processes** and employee-related documentation.
- Guarantee the efficient organisation of end-to-end **HR business processes** in close collaboration with our Global Support Delivery teams.
- Manage **policies **in line with local regulations and our global requirements.
- Support the **Bar qualification process** for several jurisdictions, including training administration and certificate issuance.
- Collaborate with **stakeholders**, including the HR Business Partner team, on **employee relations** matters.
- Influence key stakeholders on sensitive issues to ensure appropriate **conflict resolution**, prepare scripts for employee relations-related conversations, including exits, and provide confidential employee counseling, guidance, and coaching to resolve situations informally when possible.
- Contribute to **global and regional HR initiatives**, while proactively building knowledge and strategies for **inclusion and diversity**, driving a culture of empowerment, and assisting in the development and implementation of action plans.
- Act as the primary contact for all **international secondments**, working with the Global Mobility team, relevant HR Business Partners, and external tax advisors.
**Qualifications**:
Master in HR or equivalent degree.
