**Client Services Officer (h/f)**:
**Votre mission**:
Vous prendrez en charge la gestion de contrats d'assurance vie et interviendrez notamment sur les tâches suivantes:

- Maintien et développement de relations de qualité avec nos partenaires, internes ou externes, et notre clientèle
- Gestion administrative des contrats : nouvelles souscriptions, contact écrit et oral avec les clients et les partenaires, traitement des actes de gestion (versements complémentaires, rachats, arbitrages, décès,...).
- Application des procédures AML et KYC

**Votre profil**:

- Vous avez un diplôme Bac+2 en Gestion, Assurance, Économie, ou vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle de plus de 2 ans en Assurance-vie
- Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais. La maitrise de la langue espagnole sera considérée comme un atout
- Vous maîtrisez les outils Office
- Vous êtes aussi bien à l’aise en équipe qu’en autonomie
- Vous êtes organisé
- Vous avez un esprit critique et aimez proposez de nouvelles idées
- Vous êtes motivé et placez la satisfaction du client au premier plan
